What format are the photos in? All Tangalooma Photo Shop photos are in JPG format, (unless otherwise stated).
How are the photos printed?
Photos upto 8 x 12 " are printed on a Fuji Frontier machine on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Glossy Paper. (Traditional Photographic Paper). Larger prints (excluding landscapes), are printed on an Epson Stylus 7600 Pro Inkjet printer, on either a glossy or matte Epson paper. All landscape prints are printed using FujiFlex paper, which is an extremely high quality polyester based paper with extremely good archival properties and an amazing finish.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add new dolphin feeding photos on a daily basis. We usually have the photos from the previous night uploaded by lunch time.
Do you add any other photos?
Due to the sheer number of photos we take, not all tours get uploaded. If there is a specific tour you would like us to upload please enter the details (tour date, time, and briefly describe yourself, clothes, hair colour etc so we can identify you), on our contact us page, and we will upload these photos for you.
If I purchase the file on CD, do I get the copyright?
All files bought are copyright released to you, this means that if you purchase the file(s) you are entitled to use them and reproduce them exactly as you wish. The files provided are High Resolution quality.
If I purchase a print, do I get the copyright?
All images that the Tangalooma Photo Shop take remain the copyright of Tangalooma Photo Shop. Copyright is only released when a file (digital version) is purchased. Reproducing prints from us is illegal.
Can images that appear dark on screen be lightened?
All images on screen will be colour and density corrected at the time of printing.
How long does it take for the delivery of ordered prints?
Usually we allow around 3weeks world wide. The orders are printed in our shop from the island, which then get delivered to Brisbane.
